DBS A8H: DNN AI Noise Cancelling Headset for Truckers and Factory Workers

Most “noise cancelling” headsets on the market use ENC (environmental noise cancellation). It works okay for steady sounds like an AC hum, but it falls apart when you hit the highway at 70mph or walk onto a factory floor with machines running on all sides.

The DBS A8H is different. It uses DNN (deep neural network) noise cancellation. The chip was trained on millions of hours of real-world noise — truck cabs, warehouses, construction sites, and windy highways. It knows what engine noise sounds like. It knows what wind sounds like. And it knows what a human voice sounds like.

When you speak, the A8H keeps your voice and restores its natural thickness and tone. When the engine revs, it cancels the noise. The person on the other end hears you — not the mess behind you.

6 hours of talk time. Enough for a full shift.

The A8H gives you 6 hours of continuous talk time on a single charge. Can you stay on a call for 6 hours straight? Probably not. Most truckers and factory workers take breaks, switch tasks, or have quiet periods. In real-world use, 6 hours of talk time easily covers a full shift, with music time at 20 hours and standby at 200 hours.

Charging is through a standard Type-C port, same as your phone. No proprietary cables to lose.

Long boom mic that reaches your mouth

The microphone arm extends to the corner of your mouth. That matters because DNN can only work with the audio signal it gets. Put the mic close to your voice, and the algorithm has a much easier job separating your words from the background noise.

Single-ear design keeps you aware

We make the A8H as a single-ear headset for a reason. Truckers need to hear engine sounds and sirens. Factory workers need to hear machine alarms and callouts. Keeping one ear open is not a design flaw — it is a safety feature.

Bluetooth 5.4 with 50m range

Bluetooth 5.4 gives you a stable connection and longer range than older versions — up to 50 meters in open space. That means you can leave your phone or computer in the cab or at your station and walk around without losing the call. Multi-point connection lets you pair to two devices at the same time, so you can switch between your phone and your radio or computer without re-pairing.

70dB deep noise cancellation

The A8H delivers 70dB of noise cancellation depth. That is not a marketing number. It means when you are in a loud environment, the person on the other end hears a dramatic drop in background noise. Combine that with DNN voice extraction, and your calls become usable in places where other headsets fail.

No switches. Just DNN.

Our DNN headsets V8H has an on/off switch for the noise cancellation. The A8H does not. We designed it for drivers and workers who want DNN on at all times. Put it on. Take your calls. That is it.
